In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Law 15/1999, we inform that the personal data held by the applicant on this form will become part of a file, the data controller is the city of A Coruña , and whose aims and intended uses are: Managing identification and contact data of citizens seeking any information and/or documents to the City through the municipal web portal.
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the personal data in these files may practice before the General Register of the City of A Coruña (Plaza Maria Pita, number 1), in the terms set out in Articles 15, 16 and 17 of Law 15/1999. The Council of A Coruña has own web pages and other resources of its programming broadcast as brochures, folders and so on, in order to provide information on the activities taking place in the programs carried out. The images of the development of these activities may be used to illustrate information exclusively on them, such as: articles on websites, folders, brochures and video presentations explaining the programs. Applying the Galician Law governing the protection of children and the family and the Data Protection Act, we report that compliance with this form and subsequent participation in activities spread implies authorization of the Council of A Coruña for publishing images that may be contained in the same participants in the above specified information resources.
