The Practise project is developing a campaign to encourage sustainable commerce in Los Rosales neighborhood. The objective of this initiative is that the establishments in this area are conscious of climate change and take action to save energy and to reduce the consumption and costs in their shops. The campaign aims to make these establishments members of the Practise project.

The Practise project signposting campaign finished successfully. The main objective of this initiative was to encourage several habits among the municipal employees with the aim of reducing the energetic consumption and improve their knowledge on sustainable energy. The campaign, was also addressed to municipal building users and general public.

The Council of Ministers has approved the reform project of the Law 1/2005 that will modify the general regime on commerce of the emission rights of greenhouse effect gases. The new law was created due to the need to harmonize the current law to optimize its potential benefits, avoid distortions in the communitary market and facilitate links between regimes of commerce of emission rights.
